航空作业科（Air Operations Section）

民用飞行员 I（Civilian Pilot I）

岗位说明

 

LSFD 航空作业科承担多项空中支援任务。作为飞行员，你将根据任务需要，担任机长（Pilot-in-Command）或副驾驶（Co-Pilot）。航空作业（AIROPS）可在以下情形出动：

  • 直升机医疗救援（HEMS / MEDEVAC）
  • 失踪人员搜寻 / 搜救行动
  • 水域救援
  • 建筑火灾的空中监视与支援
  • 野火的空中灭火行动
  • 野火场景的人员空运

以上清单列出了航空作业科的主要职责；在（副）科长和/或副局长以上的批准下，直升机也可在其他情形下出动执行任务。

As a Pilot-in-Command (PIC), you will be the pilot flying the aircraft. It is your responsibility to ensure that your aircraft and it's crew maintains safe. Getting the mission done is your priority, second only to the safety of your crew and your aircraft under Federal law.

As a Co-Pilot, your job will be supporting the PIC in successfully completing the primary objective of your deployment, as well as providing the PIC with information to do so. This could range from determining a viable LZ (Landing Zone) via the ACS (Aerial Camera System), to providing potential solutions for a problem restricting the on board medics (Helitacs) from completing an objective.

NOTE: Due to being a part-time position, Civilian Pilots will NOT receive a regular paycheck. Being a Civilian Pilot is a "volunteer" position. You are however eligible for compensation based on flights completed. More information is internally available surrounding compensation.

Additional rank responsibilities are available as well as seniority positions under the same grade. These additional responsibilities are in an opt-in basis. Meaning you are capable of remaining at Pilot II, if this is something you wish to do, while those that are interested will be able to stream into the Lead Pilot function in order to assist with trainings etc.

申请条件

 

与所有岗位一样，LSFD 制定了相应的申请条件，包含部门通用要求与航空作业科的内部要求。

请注意：你还必须满足圣安地列斯航空管理局（SAAA）关于州立飞行学校飞行员的要求，详见：点击查看。

LSFD 的主要条件如下：

  • 申请时年满 21 周岁；
  • 持有有效的圣安地列斯州驾驶执照；
  • 至少具备 GED 或同等学历，或 SAHSPE 证书；来自认可院校的两/四年制学位亦可视为有效；
  • 持有有效的直升机私照（PPL）与商照（CPL）；
  • 必须为美国公民：
    • 正在办理入籍流程者暂不具备申请资格，须已取得完整公民身份。
  • 有犯罪记录者将被拒绝且可能永久禁止申请。轻微违法或部分轻罪可酌情考虑，但任何重罪记录一律拒绝；
  • 需具备良好的身心健康状态，不存在妨碍安全驾驶或机上工作的情况：
    • 此外，需通过由认证心理学家/精神科医师（（NPC））进行的生理与心理评估。
  • 遵守部门仪容标准：不得染非自然色头发；颈部与手部不得有可见纹身；纹身不得超出 B 级（长袖）制服袖口，不得含不当或冒犯内容。

  • （（若已在官方派系，须在提交前通过 LSFD External Requests 申请“双派系许可”，并说明双派系意向））
  • （（需拥有有效的 LSFD 论坛账号（Firstname Lastname 格式）与 Discord 账号））
  • （（申请过程中需按要求提供未编辑的截图））
    • （（唯一例外为各类管理人员 STAFF））
  • （（需保持良好社区记录；曾有监禁/封禁记录者可能被取消资格））

PROCESS

  • Application

    During this phase, you will fill out and send in your application. Your application will be reviewed by a respective Air Operations Command member. Any mistakes at this point will be marked for correction. Upon passing the application phase, you'll pass onto an interview.

  • Interview

    During this phase, you will be called upon to schedule an interview and asked to attend said interview at the offices of the LSFD Training Bureau. Your interview will be conducted by a member of Air Operations Command. You should strive to wear professional business casual attire suitable for a job interview. You should also ensure to bring your San Andreas State Issued Driver's License, as well as your Pilot's Helicopter License.

  • Training

    Assuming you pass the interview stage. You will be given a conditional employment offer. This will mean you will be hired by the Los Santos Fire Department, assigned to the Air Operations Section. At this point, you will be a civilian employee. The conditional aspect of your employment lies on the completion of your training. Upon the completion of your training program, your employment will be made permanent.

    The training process is outlined below:

    • Pilot I

      The Pilot I rank will be your introductory position into the Air Operations Section. Upon receiving your acceptance. You will be referred to a Lead Pilot+ for your induction flight. This flight will be conducted by a Lead Pilot+ and will cover all the necessary basics in order to function as an LSFD pilot. Upon completing this flight, you will be issued your Pilot Wings and be capable of deploying solo on non-fire attack calls (anything except for fires)

      During this phase, you will be required to also conduct your Aerial Firefighter qualification. This qualification session will also be conducted by a Lead Pilot+. Upon completion of this qualification - you will be promoted to Pilot II.

    • Pilot II

      Upon being promoted to Pilot II, you are considered a fully-fledged Pilot. Your on-boarding concludes here and you are capable of deploying to any type of call that comes in. Your training however will never fully be complete, as you will always be learning and improving throughout your career within the Air Operations Section.
